Deal stages help you understand where a deal is in your sales process and how close you are to closing it so that you can better track & provide guidance and support.

In Salesmax.ai deal creation and deal, stage movement is fully automated. Based on the completion of the tasks deal stages moves automatically. You will get an accurate picture of the stages of each lead and increase sales effectively.

For example - one of your deal stages is Appointment scheduled and one of your tasks is getting an appointment, on completing the getting an appointment task deal stage moves automatically to Appointment scheduled.

Step 1: Customize your Tasks

Step 2: Click menu > Admin > Deal Stage Customizations

Step 3: Edit or Create your own deal stages matching how your team exactly sells

Step 4: For each deal stage, select the tasks and upon successful completion of those tasks deal will be moved to the respective deal stage

Step 5: The final stage of your Deal ( i.e Deal won Stage) - select the terminal deal stage WIN

Step 5: Create a deal stage as Deal Lost. Select the terminal deal stage LOSS

Step 6: Select the tasks and upon unsuccessful completion / failed tasks, the deal will be moved to the Deal Lost Stage.
