How to create workspace?
This is only for the Super Admin, Not for the users who are joining the workspace

Workspace is an environment that allows multiple people to work as a single organization or a group to access, view, edit, collaborate, assign, track and manage all data (contacts, deals, captured sales outcomes, tasks, metrics, and templates) of the users in one place.
How to create a workspace?
Step 1: Mobile App > Register > click create
Step 2: Enter your Business Name ( Workspace name), click create Workspace
Step 3: Admin > User & Teams > Invite user to the workspace and work as a team.
How users can join in the existing workspace after inviting?
Step 1: Download Mobile App > Register with the same number your Admin had invited
Step 2: Accept the workspace invitation. If you don't find the invitation request your manager or admin of your Organization to send an invite to join the workspace
How to create multiple workspaces?
If you are running multiple businesses you can create a workspace for each business and invite the salespeople to their respective workspace and can manage the sales teams effectively for multiple businesses
- The same person can be part of multiple workspaces
- If a person is part of 2 workspaces then the Post call disposition form ( to capture call outcome, create next steps tasks) , screen pop ( advanced caller id of the lead) will be displayed only for the leads that are part of the workspace which they are logged in.
Step 1: Go To Superfone mobile app > Admin > User & Team management
Step 2: Click create workspace > Enter your other Business name (workspace)
Step 3: Click Create Account
