Each Android Mobile Manufacturers has a different requirement for settings, please choose the mobile handset manufacturers you are using and follow the instructions to make sure Call logging, Screen Pop for incoming call, Post call Disposition form, Post-visit disposition form, read and take notes during the call will work without any interruption.

Turn OFF Battery Optimization / Battery Saver / Adaptive Battery ( Salesmax will not consume much of your device battery )

Steps to Enable Auto Start Permissions & OFF Battery saver

One Plus

Settings-->Battery-->Select Salesmax and select Don't Optimize.

Redmi

Click on the App --> App info -->Enable Auto start

Xiaomi

Security menu-->Permissions -->Autostart-->Turn it on for Salesmax

Huawei

Phone Manager > Battery > Launch > Manage Batch Manually -->Enable all three options for Salesmax

VIVO

Settings -->More Settings-->Permission--> Autostart-->Turn it on for Salesmax

OPPO

Security Center -->Privacy Permissions -->Startup Manager -->Enable Autostart for Salesmax

Honor

Settings --> Apps -->App Launch--> turn it OFF for Salesmax > make sure Auto-Launch, Secondary Launch, and Run in background are ON --> OK.
