How do I call a Lead?

With Salesmax App you are always able to access all of your leads and directly make a call. You can call both the saved leads and unsaved lead in Salesmax app.

There are 3 ways to call a Lead.

• Place call from the Salesmax App to the saved business leads in the Salesmax.
• Place call directly from the Salesmax App to the unsaved business lead in Salesmax
• Calling directly from the native mobile phone dialer for a saved lead or if Track all calls is ON. 

All the calls placed via the above methods will be logged automatically in the Salesmax and can view the logs in the Salesmax Mobile App and Salesmax Web App.

Option 1: Place call from the Salesmax App to the saved business leads in the Salesmax.

Step 1: Go to the Leads Tab & search for the Lead by input text / voice search or scroll the Leads to find the lead you would like to call

Step 2: Single Tap on the LEAD you would like to call and Place the call

Option 2: Place call directly from the Superfone App to the unsaved business lead in Salesmax

Step 1: Go to the Leads Tab - and press the dialer button - it will be redirected to the mobile phone native dialer and can place the call

Option 3: Calling directly from the native mobile phone dialer

Step 1: You can place the call directly from your mobile phone native dialer If the Lead is already saved in Salesmax or your "Track all calls' settings is turned ON then the calls will be logged automatically
