How to add call notes?

You can always read the captured notes in Salesmax mobile app and Salesmax web app. You can add the important points discussed during the call in the below methods,
Salesmax Android App
- Add Notes in Post call disposition form after the call
- Add Notes from the call logs/ Leads directly anytime
- Add Notes during the call
You can add the notes by entering the text input or by pressing the microphone button you can give the Voice input and it transcribes to text.
Option 1: Add Notes in Post call disposition form after the call
Step 1: if a Lead is saved as a Business contact in the Salesmax, Post call logging form pops up after the call is disconnected for both incoming and outgoing calls. You can enter the notes for the call

Option 2: Add Notes from the call logs/ Leads directly anytime
Sṯep 1: Go to Leads Tab , search call logs /lead you would like to add notes and single Tap on the selected Lead and click on the PREVIEW button

Step 2: Click ADD button and select ADD Notes

Step 3: You can add the notes by entering the text input or by pressing the microphone button you can give the Voice input and it transcribes to text and click DONE

Option 3: Add Notes during the call
Step 1: You can also add notes when you are on the call by clicking on the screen pop and go to Lead details screen and click ADD button and select ADD Notes.

Salesmax Web App
Option 1: Click on global ADD button and select ADD NOTES and select the Lead you would like to Add notes and give the Notes input and press Submit button

Option 2: Add Notes directly to the Lead
Step 1: Go to Leads and select the Leads and go to Lead details page and click on ACTION and select Add Notes

Step 2: Add the Heading and description for the notes and click on SUBMIT button to save the notes.
