Set up the call outcomes for the salespeople to choose when they finish a call. This data will help your team understand everything going right or wrong with your sales approach. You can set up your call outcomes that align with your sales process.


Call dispositions mostly will have the below kinds of data:


  • Wrong leads or Invalid leads
  • Calls that ended in positive, negative & neutral outcomes

How to set up Call Outcome?

Step 1: Click menu > Admin > Custom properties > Call outcome types


Step 2: Edit or Create your own call outcome that you want to capture right after the call


Step 3: Select the Nature of Outcome ( Positive, Negative, Neutral)


Step 4: Turn on - start a new deal toggle button of the particular call outcomes you want the new deal to be created (Tips - mostly for the positive outcomes)

Step 5: Click Edit Call Outcome
