How to search for the Lead in Salesmax?

Searching a Lead/ Contact is super easy in Superfone and can easily search and access your leads , team leads, and organization leads based on the roles in the Superfone. You can easily avoid the leads overlap between collogues in the organization by easily searching for the Lead/ Contact by the name or number input by text or voice search.

Step 1: Based on the roles in Salesmax you will have access to search your Lead and your Team Lead.

Step 2: Go To Leads Tab and search for the Lead in the Search bar by the name or phone number by text input or voice search.

Step 3: Based on your inputs your search results appears, if you are authorized to view and access the lead you searched can do so and if the Lead is part of some other user in your organization and you are not authorized to view and access that lead can contact your Manager to know the details about the lead to avoid the overlaps.

Step 2: Enter the name or number in the SEARCH BAR

Step 3: The search results matching the given input appears
